Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Contracts Manager in the Aventura, Florida area. This role is in the legal industry and involves executing administrative tasks and reviewing various contracts. This position will provide you with a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, where your skills in compliance, construction, customer service, documentation, and contracts will be highly utilized.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze various contracts including those related to Real Estate, Events, Speakers, and Non-Profits.

• Draft and execute Seize and Assist letters in accordance with legal guidelines.

• Perform administrative tasks related to contract management and execution.

• Apply your skills in legal contracts, commercial contracts, and drafting contracts to ensure all documents are legally sound.

• Use your expertise in customer service and documentation to handle inquiries and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and company regulations.

• Utilize your knowledge in construction contracts for any related contract reviews or drafting.

• Effectively communicate with different stakeholders to clarify contract details and requirements.

• Use problem-solving skills to resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.

• Continuously update knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to contract management. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or in a related role

• Proficiency in drafting contracts and legal letters

• Knowledge of commercial and legal contracts

• Ability to ensure compliance with all contractual guidelines and regulations

• Experience in the construction industry preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously

• Advanced problem-solving skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong knowledge of contract law

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
