Always Growing Landscape Inc. specializes in lawn mowing, weed whacking, landscaping, mulching, tree and stump removal, pesticide application, and more! Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, weed whacking, trimming hedges, and pruning trees to ensure the overall health and appearance of landscapes. - Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscaping plans, ensuring proper spacing, depth, and soil conditions. - Monitor outdoor areas for pests, weeds, and diseases, and take appropriate measures to control and prevent infestations. - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and chainsaws, ensuring they are in good working condition. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries while working outdoors. - Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to coordinate tasks, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: - **Must be comfortable operating a Scag - Zero Turn Mower - Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
