How will I contribute to the business?

In this highly visible position, you will directly provide analytic support for confidential projects, recommend process optimization and support the budget process for northwest branch leaders. As a leader in the business, you will provide mentorship and support to up to three direct reports. You will be accountable for the accurate and timely premium tracking and disbursement tasks for GBS Administrators. You will lead the 5500 reporting process, Enrollment Form Compliance and licensing. You will manage cash receipts, and detail commission data using the appropriate databases.

  • You ensure all bankingtasks are completed including- Daily Bank Reconciliations, ManualDeposits, Revenue transfers to corporate and Prepare reports and depositdaily premium cash receipts from lock box

  • You analyze data usingExcel or Access to build reports to problem solve or provide data tointernal clients

  • You lead revenueprocess including tracking, collections, and monthly Open Air (Consultingfee billing)

  • You gather and trackaccounts payable to submit to Corporate

  • You track expenses andrevenue and provide relevant data to branch leaders

  • You support the annualbranch budgeting process

  • You analyze and trackCOBRA subsidies, payments, reimbursements and disbursements utilizing ourinternal GBAS system

  • You deliver allrequired divisional reporting and accounting requirements including monthend closing, revenue transfers, research requests and SOX requirements.

  • You provide leadershipand training to accounting clerks including mentorship, coaching andperformance management.

  • Participate in thedevelopment of profitability models, business insight analytics andcollections protocol to optimize results in the NW region.

  • Support complex proposals/responses to requests for information, presentations, employee communications and other materials to be presented to prospects and clients.

  • Work with broker teams and GBS Administrators to market and implement technology tools; act as a liaison between corporate/vendors and internal/external customers.

  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials internally and to clients, provide client support.

  • Administer branch systems including CRM, Agency Management and client communication systems; create reports, templates, and train users.

  • Supervise teams who provide branch support; could include admin/facilities, local finance and others as needed.

  • Manage department(s) workflow and employee performance to ensure optimal results.

  • Deploy training and communication of local changes, including legislative compliance, carrier product and market trends

  • Apply project management techniques to implement initiatives within the branch and in support of client consulting services and divisional initiatives.

  • Design, document, and deploy process enhancements within their specific area of accountability.

  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and deploy initiatives within the branch to improve results for employees, the company and the client.

  • Perform additional projects as needed.
