We are working with our client within the medical device industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Admin who will play a crucial role in processing orders in Salesforce and their internal system.

Job Description: The Customer Support Admin will be the primary support person for the whole team and will be assisting with processing new orders and modifying existing orders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining the company's Salesforce and internal order processing system workflows through diligent administrative work. This is an open-ended contract position and available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all customer order entries timely and accurately within Salesforce and internal system.

• Monitor and assure the proper fulfillment and delivery of orders.

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, product, and service information.

• Resolve issues escalated by customers regarding orders and suggest appropriate solutions or refer them to the relevant departments.

• Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.

• Provide insights to improve existing order management processes using Salesforce and internal systems.

• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Customer Support or relevant role.

• Proficient in handling Salesforce and internal order management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong active listening skills and high level of patience when dealing with customers.

• Profound ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Commitment to excellent customer service.

• Knowledge of the medical device industry would be a plus.
