Braun Intertec is seeking a Nondestructive Testing Lab Technician to join our team in Bloomington, MN. Responsibilities: Perform NDE lab work using a variety of NDE methods (X-ray, Radiography, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle), organize lab work, know status of lab work, and complete reports Working with Computerized Radiography Equipment Communicate with clients on a daily basis Perform maintenance on equipment Calibrate radiation safety equipment as needed Required Skills: Maintain a strong customer service focus Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Proficient with standard computer software Strong attention to detail Self-directed Big picture and strategic thinker Exercise sound judgement Strong team player Taking personal accountability for actions and results Strives for personal and departmental continuous improvement Demanding of self and others Never accepts complacency Focus on measurement of results Demonstrates sound ethical behaviors Strong organizational skills Computerized Radiography Skills are a plus and preferred Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Post education in nondestructive testing Experience in Nondestructive Examination Strong mechanical aptitude NAS 410 certification is a plus (not required) Braun Intertec offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, PTO, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), and paid holidays.
