Here’s what you’d do:

The Application Declarative Developer is responsible for maintaining the CRM platform including implementing enhancements and updates, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security. This position works closely with the CRM technical team including the Business Analyst and is responsible for creating technical documentation and end-user support.

You’d be responsible for:

  • Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, flows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.

  • Create reports, dashboards, and other end user facing UI configurable items.

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

  • Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings to ensure data security and compliance, including user access and security.

  • Test stability and functionality, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to Salesforce support as needed.

  • Troubleshoot user issues related to workflows, approval issues or visibility.

  • Interface with end users to communicate the resolution of production issues

  • Maintain incident and bug tracking ticket management

  • Create technical documentation and provide technical training

  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and implement relevant enhancements to optimize our Salesforce instance.

  • Partner with project managers to determine CRM update/enhancement needs.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

    You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.

  • Previous work experience with application and software development.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an application development or CRM support role.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platforms (SalesCloud, Communities, ServiceCloud)

  • Experience with Salesforce Mobile App Customization

  • Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (preferred)

  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.

  • Proficient in Salesforce flows, workflow rules, formula fields, and visualforce

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
