Duties & Responsibilities:

· Preparation/review of various billings per the billing calendar monthly.

· Review new contracts and changes in billing terms; update billing and confirm accuracy.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing and revenue accuracy.

· Provide solutions to billing problems and make corrections/adjustments.

· Ensure billing accuracy through review/analysis of revenue trends.

· Research and resolve disputes timely from customers submitted on the customer portal.

· Run accounts receivable aging report and review aged accounts.

· Make collection calls to customers with outstanding balances.

· Track payment arrangement terms and follow-up with customers.

· Prepare customer statements upon request.

· Acts as a back-up for cash applications.

· Prepare monthly revenue/billing analytical reporting.

· Provide ad hoc reporting for management.

· Identify and implement process improvement and make the necessary communications.

· Convert accounting terms to understandable business explanations both written and verbally.

Test accounting system/payment portal/customer relationship management system to ensure new functionality and updates work as intended

Skills and Requirements

5 years of full cycle accounts receivable experience.

Previous experience generating AR reports to analyze billing trends.

Previous collections and/or cash applications experience.

Working knowledge of either Oracle, Versapay, or Salesforce.

Proficient with VLOOKUP and pivot tables in Microsoft Excel Oracle experience null
