Description We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Senior Manager for our client's Network Engineer department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our organization’s network infrastructure - both physical and virtual.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the network infrastructure team to ensure effective operation, maintenance, updates, and security of the network. Develop and implement strategic plans for network infrastructure upgrades and improvements to ensure business continuity and system efficiency. Implement network security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Oversee the resolution of any network-related issues that may arise and ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical network resources. Manage and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services. Develop and control the annual operating and capital expenditure budget for network infrastructure to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise. Oversee the management of all network hardware, including routers, switches, hubs, servers, etc. Define and monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and make necessary adjustments in a proactive manner. Establish regular reporting procedures to keep top management well-informed of network status and issues. Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure network infrastructure meets company needs and stays updated with technology advancements. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years' experience in network management and/or similar role in a large-scale environment. Proven experience in managing a team of network and/or infrastructure engineers. Strong knowledge of network planning, development, implementation, and maintenance. Understanding of best practices in network security and disaster recovery. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and negotiation skills. detail oriented certifications like CCNP, CCIE, or similar are a plus.
