Requisition Summary The Marketing Coordinatorwill assist with the creation, execution, and enhancement of Marketing efforts on behalf of PACCAR Financial Corp. These efforts include digital marketing communications, digital and print content creation, social media account management, sales enablement processes, website management, and other duties as assigned. Ideally, the Marketing Coordinatorwill also have experience utilizing Mailchimp and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation tools, as well as familiarity with Umbraco website management tools. Job Functions / Responsibilities Build, execute, and refine Marketing Cloud and CRM strategies (including customer journey maps) across multiple channels Continuously enhance customer persona needs, attitudes, and behaviors to inform solutions, messaging, and content Develop and implement marketing automation for MailChimp and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyze and report results that will drive further optimization for email performance Develop content for marketing communications, company website, social media channels, and other collateral Assist with reporting for business users Continuously improve standards by proposing technology solutions, troubleshooting issues, enhancing Salesforce configurations, and identifying/testing new functionality and tools Support Sr. Leadership with presentation development utilizing PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools Qualifications & Skills 1-3years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or other relevant field Experience with marketing communications tool Adobe Suite or similar graphics editing software experience (video production skills a plus) Strong communication skills including the ability to create business/technical documentation and interact with senior-level executives in a corporate environment. Experience with truck manufacturing and/or financial services/regulated products a plus.
