• Acts as a focal point for official communications with customers.
• Administers contracts at a Senior level "cradle to grave".
• Prepares contracts and researches the legality of various agreements.
• Remain abreast of current FAR, DFAR, Export Control and various other government regulations and practices and communicates any changes as appropriate.
• Resolves performance and other contract administration issues with the customers.
• Responsible for export licensing
• Responsible for all aspects of contract negotiating.
• Specific knowledge: Contract negotiations, Communication, Computer skills to include MS Office products, Leadership, Time management to include working with deadlines.
• Business understanding: Must be analytical, detail oriented, able to multi-task, manage and deal with ambiguity and have good business acumen.
