HealthEquity is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team! We're dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions that ensure our systems are highly available, scalable, and resilient. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on the Azure platform. What You'll Be Doing: Design, implement, and maintain systems that are highly available, scalable, and self-healing on the Azure platform. * Deliver core Azure cloud platform strategy, automation, and continuous improvement. * Partner with engineering teams to define and deliver DevOps best practices. * Understand, implement, and automate build and deploy pipelines, CI/CD principles, and proper build automation. * Implement and automate cloud security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation. * Define standards and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging solutions that measure the performance and health of our Azure applications. * Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes. * Research, explore, prototype, and implement services in Azure. * Analyze, design, and deliver technology solutions in collaboration with engineering teams. * Provide consulting and mentoring to teams on core cloud concepts. What You'll Need to Be Successful: * Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, software development, or infrastructure experience. * 2+ years of experience implementing and operating fully automated, secure, and scalable cloud solutions. * Deep knowledge of core Azure cloud platform including Networking, Storage, Compute, Container Services, and Data Services. * One or more Azure specialty certifications preferred. * Experience developing Infrastructure as Code including Terraform and ARM templates. * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, Helm, Yaml. * Experience with platform monitoring and observability tools including Azure Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Azure App Insights, and Dynatrace. * Experience with Azure security best practices and patterns. * Experience with Azure Identity and Access Management and understanding of permissions, managed identities, roles, and role assignments. * Experience administering and configuring AKS clusters. * Experience with Octopus Deploy. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Product, and IT teams.

Salary Range

$92,000 To $125,000/ year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
