Description:

Seeking to add a Building Maintenance Technician that will travel around the metro area in the twin cities to perform facilities maintenance duties at commercial buildings. Candidates will receive a company vehicle that they take home as well as a phone (vehicles are GPS tracked). Responsible for the following duties:

• Faucet & toilet repair

• Drywall & tile repair

• General carpentry

• Painting

• Door adjustments
