The Accounting Assistant will provide accounting, clerical and administrative support as needed for a variety of functions. Duties: - Maintain and file documented information. - Complete all required reports and records accurately and in a timely manner. - Distributes incoming all incoming mail. - Provide Reception Desk coverage as required. - Performs other duties/tasks as directed by supervision or management.
Qualifications: - High school diploma/GED OR equivalent experience required, college degree preferred. - Detail oriented with excellent hand/eye coordination. - Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills. - Ability to keep work area neat and clean and eliminate potential hazards. - Ability to conform to company policies/procedures and OSHA standards with the goal of zero safety related incidents. - Personable, but professional. - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office products. - Ability and capacity to train and expand knowledge based on company specifications and requirements.
