Title: SMT Machine Operator

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

What you will do:

• SMT machine operations to assemble electronic PCBs, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering.

• Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts.

• Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings.

• Problem solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC.

Requirements:

• Nimble fingers and a knack for precision: you'll need excellent manual dexterity and the ability to interpret and construct from procedures and blueprints.

• Previous soldering experience and familiarity with related tools will set you up for success.

• Bonus points if you're trained or certified in IPC-A-610 standards.

• Teamwork makes the dream work: you should thrive in a collaborative environment.

• You're adept at absorbing and implementing procedures and processes effectively.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly valued.

• Strong communication skills are essential, both written and spoken in English.

• Comfortable navigating the digital landscape? We're looking for someone who's computer literate, adept at handling programs like Windows, Excel, and Word.
