ASM Global Ticket Seller in Glendale, Arizona
The Box Office Attendant at Desert Diamond Arena is responsible for assisting patrons with ticket distribution via ticket purchase or picking up tickets previously arranged (will call). This position also provides general information pertaining to Desert Diamond Arena as well as the events taking place at the Arena. These transactions should be provided in a friendly and accurate manner while maintaining a professional appearance with constant consideration being given to customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities:
Service Guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guest with ticket purchases using Desert Diamond Arena’s software of choice
Accurate distribution of will call tickets to guests for various events
Assist guests with general information regarding Desert Diamond Arena – i.e., event availability, event pricing, seat selection, event scheduling, general parking information, etc.
Accurately reconcile all sales and will call receipts
Interact in a professional manner when dealing with other building staff, clients, guests, supervisors and corporate staff
Qualifications:
A minimum education level of Highschool Diploma or its equivalency
Minimum of 0-1 years’ work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be ablet o accurately and efficiently deal with large quantities of cash or other payment methods
Must exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have an understanding or have the ability to learn basic computer skills and Desert Diamond Arena’s Ticketing Platform
Must also have the ability to work varied shifts with can include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
Previous experience in retail, customer service or live event/entertainment ticketing space preferred but is not required
