The Regional Loss Control Lead orchestrates the loss control team’s day-to-day operations and provides high level customer service to key accounts to improve overall risk exposure. Working alongside Branch Leadership and Account Executives to ensure highest quality of service to Gallagher clients in the West Coast Region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Integration of National Model:
Ensures the integration of the National Loss Control model among designated branch offices in the region by influencing new business and key client relationships
Leveraging geographic footprint with best, in-front subject matter expert with aligned industry expertise
Utilizes analytics and data integration to advance management of workload for best impact and results utilizing the Total Cost of Risk and Gallagher’s Core360 Model.
Acts as Player Coach to staff and Regional Leadership
Responsible for the integration of the Large National TCOR Strategy - Account Management Talent Management:
Responsible for Staff Management, Development and Mentoring
Early Career Development
Carrier and 3rd Party Relationships
Access and Deployment of appropriate resources
Management of Results E-Delivery:
By Industry/Niche and Line of Business / Exposure Tools, Education, Training & Knowledge Sharing Emerging Risk:
Maintains forward-thinking approach to exposures and how to appropriately service them.
5 or more years experience managing a team of Loss Control Engineers and Consultants
Able to effectively prioritize assignments and delegate work for assigned Loss Control staff.
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
