We have a great opportunity with a client of ours in the Greenville area who is looking to add to their team! This position will focus on AP support but assist with a variety of other tasks as well. If you have some AP or invoice knowledge and are looking to expand your skillset in the field, this would be a great opportunity for you!! Please review the full job description below.

Responsibilities:

•Enter and code a specific set of invoices daily

•Invoice transactions will vary in terms of volume

•Manage weekly deposits

•Resolve invoice discrepancies

•Communicate with vendors and customers in a timely and professional manner. Strong communication skills are a MUST

• Greet vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors; ensure sign-in procedures are adhered to.

•Work in the company's ERP system as well as MS Office Suite on a daily basis

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of approved invoices.

Additional Information:

This position is on-site, full time hours, Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Ability to code invoices accurately and efficiently

• Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to resolve discrepancies in financial documents and transactions

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
