The Project Strategy Manager – Bus Plug position will be remote, and the ideal candidate will facilitate the communication of business-critical information to key stakeholders. As well as maximize the capacity & revenue capabilities for combined apparatus orders. While triage products & information to adjust to a volatile market.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the systems business to identify business analytics use case requirements for dashboards needed to support the business.

  • Work with stakeholders to identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the systems business and create dashboards for tracking those KPIs.

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Identify process gaps where needs cross between profit centers and plants (on mixed apparatus orders)

  • Tie input from all systems departments together into a singular view of the market that can be filtered by product, market segment, plant, geography.

  • Use segment inputs to drive discussions around capacity needs at the process strategy manager level.

  • Applicants will have full authority on the format, display, and filtering capabilities of the information being presented to stakeholders.

  • Applicants will make routine decisions on how to best achieve the dissemination of information to a large audience.

  • Scope of decisions will affect the segment as well as other departments across the company:

  • Sales

  • Other SI business units

  • Operations

  • EP segment management

  • The selected candidate will have access to a group of peers & management that 1) understand the data the candidate is working with 2) can provide feedback on that data & it’s presentation format, and 3) assist in learning key business stakeholders.

  • Online training is available for tableau and Knime as needed.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration or equivalent experience.

  • 5 plus years’ experience in project management, product management and or business communication.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

  • Experience with data wrangling tools and dashboarding tools such as Tableau and Knime

  • Ability to use analytics to tell a story.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem, concise communication, time management, and coordination skills

  • Experience in managing databases with the ability to imagine new & creative ways of linking databases together for market views that can enlighten stakeholders.

  • Bilingual Candidate that can speak English and Spanish

  • The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $149,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
