CSL Behring LLC Sr. Manager Commercial Analytics in KING OF PRUSSIA, Pennsylvania

Oversee the global commercial Insights 360 program for sales, marketing and medical function, that is planned to be rolled out in NA, EU, ICO, and APAC. Post program roll-out, lead the Insights 360 operations for both the functions globally to support commercial insights needs. Lead and proactively plan, manage, and execute commercial data modeling and scenario analysis using a mix of secondary and primary research techniques as needed. Deliver high quality, timely and actionable insights that characterize opportunities and risks and translate into clear management recommendations with associated implications for the business. Conduct analysis that informs all portfolios/brands and reflect key brand investments and deployment of resources. Leverage Insights360 data and reporting platform to generate insights for various sales leadership team members, field teams and marketing teams. Provide decision support utilizing a broad range of quantitative techniques to analyze, interpret and understand key business and market dynamics. Present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to senior leadership in a manner that is easily interpreted and aids strategic and tactical decision making. Operate as a business partner to CSL Behring brand teams through provision of research and analysis to provide quantitative market, competitor, and brand insights. Work with our regions and functions, which includes NA, EU, ICO, APAC, PAGA and ComDev teams to develop a deeper understanding of market dynamics for CSL brands and competitors. Continuously evaluate and deploy the appropriate vendors, tools, methodologies, and analytical techniques to ensure high quality, timely and cost-effective output. Drive continuous innovation for sales and marketing reporting and analytics capabilities globally. May work from home.

*REQUIREMENTS:   *

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematical Sciences, Economics, Digital Technology, or closely related field plus 7 years of experience in the offered position or related position.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:     

  • 7 years of experience in quantitative analysis and decision support.
  • 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analysis.

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time". Required expertise/knowledge includes:

  • Experience in management consulting or equity research analysis.
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms including Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Experience driving excellence in sales and marketing reporting and analytics.
  • Experience leading the operational excellence, defining performance indicators, and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously globally.
  • Experience in sales and marketing operations.
  • Knowledge of secondary data sources including reference data, claims data, specialty pharmacy data, HUB data, and electronic medical records.
  • Understanding of data providers and their capabilities globally including Komodo health, IQVIA, Symphony, Clarivate, and DR.
