Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate & Property industry, for a Sr. Financial Analyst role based in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role entails a variety of tasks including financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with multiple entities and presenting findings to upper management.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Overseeing budget processes and conducting forecasting to ensure financial efficiency

• Utilizing data mining techniques to extract valuable insights for business performance improvement

• Performing complex financial analysis and providing ad hoc financial analysis as needed

• Conducting variance analysis to identify differences between the budgeted and actual figures

• Preparing and presenting financial reports to upper management for review and decision-making

• Using accounting functions to ensure financial transactions are processed and recorded correctly

• Working on KPI reporting to track and measure performance against strategic objectives

• Demonstrating proficiency in financial analysis tools such as NetSuite and Oracle.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Real Estate & Property industry.

• Proficient in Data Mining Techniques and Accounting Functions.

• Familiar with Budget Processes and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A).

• Demonstrated skills in Financial Planning and Budgeting - Forecasting.

• Proven track record in KPI Reporting, Complex Financial Analysis, and Ad Hoc Financial Analysis.

• Experience in Financial Analysis and Variance Analysis.

• Proficiency in NetSuite and Oracle software for Financial Reporting.

• Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
