Equus Workforce Solutions Case Manager Supervisor - Norfolk in York, Nebraska

  • Manage rate of participant non-compliance
  • Hold weekly team meetings
  • Schedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterly
  • Participate in monthly unit meetings
  • Ensure ongoing and open communication with staff and peers
  • Ensure that application process is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract
  • Review comprehensive service plans
  • Ensure that case managers are monitoring clients progress toward goal of self sufficiency
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelors degree in related field, Masters Degree preferred
  • Five years of related as well as two years employee supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse population
  • Ability to work across all levels of management and staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
