Position Summary:

You support the Regional Strategic Account team in EMEA with managing and developing key accounts to boost growth. This includes reporting, forecasting, insights and managing contracts to improve efficiency. This role gives you a solid foundation for a career in Commercial.

This role can be based in Luton (UK), Belgrade (Serbia) or Madrid (Spain).

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the forecast process: analyses customer forecast data, seeking to continuously improve forecast accuracy

  • Collates information for and prepares reporting packs for internal and external requirement Preparation for internal and customer meetings (insights, reports, presentations etc.)

  • Co-ordinates response on customer information requests and sales enquiries following through to completion.

  • Supports escalations and resolution of customer due payments

  • Supports preparation of standard price offers and other business documentation

  • Ensuring all contract admin is correct and advising on further development and opportunities to improve => contract universe & Vendavo pricing processes

  • Work closely with Regional Strategic Accounts Management team to devise and deliver strategic key account and business development strategies.

  • Ensuring internal company functions work to deliver highest customer service.

  • Holding and attending regular monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by internal and external teams

  • Taking a proactive approach to customer management and be in proficient on customer insights (securing information from customer as appropriate) and market trends affecting these accounts Development and streamlining of processes within the Strategic Regional Accounts Team remit to improve accuracy, responsiveness and good co-ordination, implementing effective ways of working and setting out best practice measures

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a customer-facing or internal commercial/analytical role

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of principals of strategic account management

  • Financial and commercial modelling skills

  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and trends

  • Market and trends analysis with strong data skills

  • Fluency in English
