Requirements

• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery

• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner

• Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms and pricing

• Track client interactions and maintain accurate client records

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

• Assist with the onboarding of new clients

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients
