Are you an accomplished industrial maintenance mechanic, ready to tackle more responsibility? Have you lead a team, crew or shift of 5 or more individuals? Responsibilities

• Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions and employee issues.

• Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations to ensure that safety rules and procedures are strictly followed.

• Provides training, technical expertise and coaching for department employees as needed.

• Reviews material and production requirements needed to meet daily production requirements.

• Provides hands-on assistance and works in a production capacity as needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate a forklift.

• Ability to read and comprehend part drawings.

• Purchase needed MRO, Machine parts, tooling and tool cage items.

• Conduct Daily huddle board meetings.

• Work with outside machine manufacturers and vendors to solve issues.

• Use department resources to troubleshoot and repair all equipment.

• Provide Building infrastructure support (interior & exterior).

• Schedule maintenance personnels daily tasks through IMaint and ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.

• Assist in installation of new equipment and removal of old equipment.

• Assist with implementation of new machine preventative maintenance procedures and scheduling in CMMS.

• Assist with Implementation of new machine and existing machine LOTO procedures.

• Work overtime as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time
