JOB OVERVIEW: As an Audio Producer, you will work closely with the Production and Audio leadership to drive daily operations that improve the quality of our product. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work through feedback and process improvements. Above all, we are looking for a dedicated, organized and energetic individual to work with our teams to set up and maintain a reliable system for Audio work, Feature and Mission Reviews, Sprint Planning and supporting documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Works with Senior Production to attend Feature and Mission Reviews and generate notes and tasks accordingly with a focus on Audio needs. * Attends Sprint Planning meetings for Audio and generates notes and tasks accordingly and ensures that dependencies are mapped. * Takes initiative removing Audio team roadblocks and escalating risks to impacted parties. * Maintains documentation for Audio Production process best practices. In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is \$80,800.00 - \$149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 3 years in the Game industry or related field. * Contributed to 1 or more shipped titles. * Proven ability to own features or projects in game development. * Proven ability to work in rapid de elopment cycles in the game industry. * Demonstrated aptitude for organization, scheduling and project management.
