JLG ARCHITECTS Marketing Coordinator II in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Marketing Coordinators are responsible for giving our design and business development teams the tools they need to build client relationships. A JLG Marketing Coordinator II is studio-dedicated to guide and elevate the entire client-side marketing process, from developing and executing marketing tactics to support business development strategy to leading proposal and interview submissions. Responsibilities: Develop marketing tactics in support of B/D efforts. Work with studio business development groups to create and maintain consistently executed marketing tactics. Support process to track client/target engagement activity volume expectations, average pipeline volume targets, and sales goals. Elevate practice studio-led market communication and development activities. Lead teams to drive successful deliverables. Overall proposal and interview organization including: Lead the preparation of proposal and interview submittals; contact and compile content from internal team members and outside consultants and properly maintain database of information gathered; manage internal schedules, proposal team assignments, and ensure deadlines are met. Manage studio communication and marketing assets. Advance marketing and business development-related content to ensure information is up-to-date, accurate and well organized; encourage this behavior in other Marketing and JLG staff. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related degree preferred with 5 years experience guiding marketing-related business strategy efforts. Competency in graphic design. Strong strategic/critical thinking and research skills; ability to organize information and translate that into other forms of communication. Experience with writing, grammar, and storytelling. Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills to convey information and guide teams to successful outcomes. Ability to follow direction and take feedback from multiple people and create a common solution. Highly organized, detail-oriented, calm and collected under pressure with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and manage a high volume of proposals. Positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
