How will I contribute to the business?

As the Area Assistant Vice President you will support our largest clients and work closely with our consultant team to ensure client satisfaction and supporting growth goals. You will use your business insight and strong dedication to client service to ensure that no stone is left unturned. Your leadership team with give you autonomy but work closely with you to support you every step of the way. Your strong project management skills will allow you to build strategic relationships with your internal and external business partners.

  • You will act as a hybrid resource for your clients- providing both customersupport and working closely to secure strengthen the long term client/AJGrelationship

  • You will build, expand, and solidifies relationships with existingclients at all levels within the company and take action to address theclient's risk/capital management needs

  • Your annual goals will be tied to your ability to retain existingclients and aid in the growth of new business

  • You champion client/carrier relationships and manage your internalclient service team to put you on track to meet your goals

  • You will lead open enrollment activity and ensure team coverage andreadiness

  • You tailor and organize enrollment communications

  • You are a resource to track ERISA/ ACA compliance and notify clients ofupcoming notices, etc.

Do I have what it takes to be considered?

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years related experience —or -- High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience

  • You have the ability to travel in the Tri-State area 1 to 2 days of the week to visit clients

  • You have the technical financial skill set working with fully insured and self-funded insurance products

  • We would love you to have a strong service background and / or experience in managing benefits.

  • Life and Health License strongly preferred.
