Citibank, N.A. seeks a Client Manager for its New York, NY location.Duties: Execute the LATAM Client Strategy for Corporate Sales together with global priorities while providing underlying analytics to drive actions that deliver bottom line results for core product areas (FX and Rates) and the product-partner areas (Commodities and Equity derivatives). Create value-added client insights and support development of analytic capabilities to enhance quality of client relationships while also boosting effectiveness of our sales teams, collaborating with key stakeholders across products, regions, and functions. Work with global and other regional Client Strategy, Product Sales, Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory, Citi Commercial Banking, Treasury and Trade Solutions teams and Technology and Finance to successfully execute Client Strategy for Corporate Sales. Proactively develop, align, and execute communication plans that deliver consistent, effective messaging around strategic objectives of Corporate Sales within Markets. Detect growth initiatives and apply best practices to the LATAM region. Drive the execution of the LATAM Client Strategy. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience with the financial services industry in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Eight (8) years of experience must include: Providing bespoke risk management and foreign exchange (FX Spot, Forward, and FX Option) solutions and services to a portfolio of clients in an emerging market. Assessing and conducting competitor analysis by using different financial system databases to derive insights and drive strategic decisions. Utilizing financial services booking systems and client dealing platforms to conduct data analysis and develop client oriented specific plans. Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to personalize client focused strategies, optimizing engagement, results, and tracking. Monitoring and tracking performance metrics and client behavior using CRM, and interpreting key performance indicators, ensuring strategy and portfolio effectiveness. Developing client specific plans with clear objectives and actionable steps while partnering with different stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
