Description:

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Recreation is responsible to assist the Recreation Manager in planning, organizing and monitoring all recreational activities of the resort, in close relation with the operational departments of the property.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' work experience in a supervisory position in a recreation department.

• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Familiar with the management and operation processes of hotel activities such as fitness center, kids club, pool, and beach services.

• First Aid, AED, and beach lifeguard training with certificate is required.
