Macquarie Compliance Analyst - Asset Management in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

We are looking for a compliance associate to join the Risk Management Group, Macquarie Asset Management Business Aligned Compliance team in Philadelphia. This business-aligned compliance role will support across divisions within Macquarie Asset Management, including: Real Assets (including Macquarie Asset Management Green Investments);Real Estate; Credit; Equities and Multi-Asset; and Solutions. In this exciting role you will work closely with senior members of the team and be responsible for assisting on all aspects of the compliance program required for MAM SEC-registered investment advisers, with an emphasis on reviewing marketing material, providing staff training and various elements of the 206(4)-7 annual testing and monitoring program in accordance with the US Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (the "Advisers Act") and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "Company Act").  In addition, you will review new product/business approvals and help coordinate regulatory examinations. What you offer 1-2 years of direct experience working in an asset management business (either standalone or within a broader financial institution) providing advice on regulatory and other compliance matters impacting private funds. An undergraduate degree or post graduate degree. Excellent communication and qualitative analytical skills. Strong ability to work under pressure, flexibility, innovation and achievement drive.
