THE POSITION As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote our innovative Single Cell products and solutions. This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles within the biotech sector. IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services within the biotech industry. Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website copy, blog posts, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and scientific teams, to gather insights and ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including liaising with external vendors and printers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Support the planning and execution of industry conferences, trade shows, and events, including coordinating logistics, booth design, and promotional materials. Assist in the development of marketing collateral and sales tools to support the sales team in their efforts to drive revenue and achieve targets. Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases. FOR THIS POSITION, WE LOOK FOR Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field. 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or highly related experience within the biotech or life sciences industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
