Data Analyst BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst opportunity in Redmond, WA. Requirements: Job Description: Title: Data Analyst Location: Redmond, WA (2-3 days a week) Duration: 1 Month (Potential chances for extension) Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years applicable experience required in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles. * Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required * Disqualifiers: N/A * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain: * Experience with Power Bi, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Excel * Knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process * Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Demonstrated history of success * Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions * Proficiency in Power BI for report development and visualization. * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Quality of Work Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * 5-7 years applicable experience required in PowerBI and Power Automate * 2-3 Years of experience in data analysis and data visualization. Easy to use/easy to manipulate reports (designed well) * Knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
