The Manager of WFS Transportation Business Operations is a leadership role that is responsible for the growth and management of our Inbound and Middle Mile service offering. As key interface between our Consolidation Centers, Transportation Providers and the WFS business, This Manager will own the daily performance of our inbound service providers as well as process improvement.

• You're a data driven operations minded person with a desire to build.

• You have SQL and continuous improvement skills with a nod toward process improvement.

• You're familiar with transportation systems and their management.

• Experienced in the development of initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals, objectives, and programs across organizations.

You'll make an impact by...

• Leading Daily Operational performance - Improve and standardize daily pickup and drop off operations by leading daily performance reviews with sites and carriers.

• Building a Robust Carrier Compliance Program - Build and develop a process improvement program to improve carrier compliance to WFS rules. Work with Inbound Transportation teams to build new capabilities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications...
