Position Summary :
The Contracts and Compliance Manager is responsible for the preparation, adherence to compliance standards, administration and auditing of contracts. This position is also responsible for tracking the Corporation’s continued compliance with its current client contracts as well as tracking the compliance with regulatory requirements of its client trusts. This position may be responsible for supervising staff, including involvement in hiring decisions, performance evaluation, discipline, scheduling, and directing their work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Conducts needs analysis studies and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures or services.
Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.
May, where required, organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
Additional Considerations :
Support, management and administration of contracts;
Define and facilitate communication between McGregor and Associates and clients /providers;
Conceive, develop, and deliver techniques, practices and procedures for contract formulation and administration;
Define contract recommendations that support business goals;
Develop, establish, implement and enforce supplier and outsourcer guidelines, obligations and service level agreements with the organization
Administer contract change management and contract closure;
Monitor contract performance for compliance with organizational needs and requirements;
Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent unethical or improper conduct. Manage day-to-day operation of the Program;
Monitor and, as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain apprised of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends;
Manage the SSAE #16 Compliance Processes;
Manage Eligibility Verification Projects;
Other Duties as Assigned.
