Professional Insurance Consultant - Licensed Sales Producer

Job Description:

We need a self-driven, proven salesperson - someone who likes people and likes to sell

Someone who feels successful when a sale is complete

As a Professional Insurance Consultant, you will be an advisor to families, couples, and individuals

You provide insurance protection programs people really need for their security and peace of mind

You develop insurance programs that meet those needs

Market potential is enormous - Everyone needs insurance protection

Flexible work-from-home options available -- office available

Compensation unlimited -- No caps; no ceilings

Producers who sell 2 policies per day can earn six figures

 

Responsibilities

· Generate new clients

· Pursue leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing and lead databases

· Foster strong relationships with existing clients to maintain a high level of client retention

· Obtain referrals from clients and prospective clients

· Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales

· Achieve Agency sales goals

 

Requirements

· Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License

· Insurance Agency sales experience

· Self-starter who works well independently and with team members

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Broad computer and internet skills
