JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing and expanding a team of productive real estate agents within a specified territory. High level of collaboration and coordination with management and regional administrative team to execute on strategies and deliver best-in-class client service to the Company’s internal and external clientele. Collaborate internally with departments at corporate office to ensure exceptional performance of company assets and to grow agent generated production. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish Sales Agent sales goals, evaluate and manage performance, forecast, and measure results.

  • Maintain an environment that supports the corporate culture of teamwork, engagement, collaboration, ethics, client-centric operations

  • Actively recruit Sales Agents through ongoing prospecting, interviews, follow-up, and on-boarding/transition.

  • Identify areas of opportunity for increasing Sales Agent generated business

  • Train Agents on progressive technology and Internet tools

  • Create a roadmap for agents for personal success, driving growth of the team and company

  • Deliver one-on-one agent support, company systems implementation

  • Provide coaching and continually inspire and train Sales Agents as needed.

  • Support agents with transactional issues, legal compliance, and contracts

  • Focus on retention through the consultative process

  • Prepare and deliver to sales team weekly analysis and quarterly SWOT analysis.

  • Manage assigned inventory from company generated sources.

  • Responsible for Compliance of all business activities within assigned territory.

  • Assist agents in creating a business plan with at least four lead generation strategies.

  • Train agents on lead generation strategies with a focus on the opportunities to expand on the company production, company provided tools and resources, and marrying online and offline marketing efforts.

  • Identify new distressed asset opportunities

  • Collaborate and interface with the lead generation team and the REO division to identify and win business

  • Oversee the implementation and training of the internal lead and marketing opportunities.

  • Build and monitor company business image in market area (community).

  • Monitor, track and maintain task completion rate of 95% for all Sales Agents.

  • Stay abreast of industry-wide changes, national and local economic implications and how they impact local real estate conditions; changes in technology and social media (evolving marketing opportunities).

  • Oversight of entry of all properties (CMS and private) into the Office Management Systems.

  • Monitor properties to ensure information is complete, review contracts (listing agreements, sales agreements) to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Active New York & Connecticut Real Estate Broker's Licenses

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Actively participates in online social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

  • Intermediate industry related skills

  • Intermediate negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions, factual information and other information

  • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions

  • Ability to interact with Senior Management as an advisor on projects

  • Ability to make decisions that have significant impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside the immediate work unit

  • Ability to make decisions that have significant impact on the department’s credibility, operations, and services

  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short and long-term basis.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy

  • College Degree

  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ related experience

  • Experience in and an understanding of the REO listing and sales process

Salary: $57,577.00 - $169,488.00 per year
