Our client, mid-size manufacturing company is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will have oversight of two other locations outside of the local facility and will be required to travel to these locations once a month (or every 4-6 weeks).

Key Responsibilities:

· Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Implement strategies to foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.

· Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection. Develop and maintain recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.

· Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions. Ensure smooth onboarding processes to integrate new hires into the organization seamlessly.

· Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on available options.

· Open Enrollment: Coordinate annual open enrollment processes. Communicate benefit changes to employees and facilitate enrollment activities.

· Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processes, including timekeeping, payroll calculations, and deductions. Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to employees.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred, will consider experience over degree

· PHR/SPHR certification a plus!

· Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing environments

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
