Responsible for assisting the Program Director with the day to day operations of the Refugee Resettlement Program.2. Responsible for supervising, coaching , and training the Refugee Resettlement staff.3.Handles all client and employee complaints as well as crisis situations in consultation with his/her supervisory chain, in compliance with Agency/Programmatic policies and procedures and treats each case with sensitivity and expedience;4. Responsible to assigning work to case managers and ensuring the work is performed according to the program and funder requirement and guidelines (maintaining files, financial record, in-kind donation etc.)5.Maintains up-to-date and accurate client files and databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations.6. Manages and performs an array of administrative tasks including monthly reports, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to comply with funding source requirements. 7. Develops, implements and updates a Case Manger manual in accordance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies.8.Develops and maintains positive relationships with Agency and community partners to share the mission of the Agency and promote the program.9. Assist in preparing proposals for program funding.10. Works on special projects, as assigned. PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
