ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately-owned solar integrator, is seeking full-time Talent Coordinators who will be based in their home state, working in a hybrid model.

The Field Marketing Talent Coordinator is responsible for working hand-in-hand with the District Managers and Corporate Talent Acquisition Team to ensure all candidates who have accepted verbal offers complete the onboarding process and the virtual corporate training seamlessly. The ideal candidate for the Talent Coordinator position will have previous experience in Field Marketing, recruiting, or a human resources role, and have a current understanding of the recruiting and human resource landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and priorities.

  • Track candidate pipelines through proactive communication and follow through.

  • Manage the pipeline and onboarding paperwork schedules.

  • Walk offered candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of candidates within Trinity Solar's internal applicant tracking process.

  • Potentially take on phone screens and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of recruitment and/or Outreach experience

  • A great attitude and desire to improve.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)

  • Team player with a sense of ownership and a get things done mindset.

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Previous success with high volume appt settings and/or recruiting.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Ability to use/be trained in applicant tracking system (Familiarity with Paycom's ATS is preferred)
