This role is hybrid - you must be able to be on-site a few times a week.

Pay: $22-25/hr.

Description:

Responsibilities:

● Setup and maintain business partner data in SAP and Salesforce

● Spearhead the account conversion from customer “lite” accounts to full business partner accounts

● Liaise with customers via phone/email to ensure accurate data collection for account set up and creation

● Communicate and liaise between internal functional teams and internationally with head office to develop, implement and maintain the following: Customer hierarchies; Industry Codes; Customer classifications; Terms of Payment and Delivery; Sales Territory assignment and analysis; Pricing Groups and Taxation Detail; Correspondence Detail for purposes of quoting, invoicing, etc.

● Investigate and resolve data integrity issues

● Collaborate with head office to address technical and process issues

● Implement and maintain full audit trail of critical master data changes

● Ability to understand components of each master data object and how it relates to downstream SAP processes and transactions

● Defining business process rules for data workflow from various sources, obtaining this data for systems input, communicating to impacted parties and documenting process where required

● Provide ad-hoc reporting support on master data for various departments

● Ensure no disruption to supply or to the business because of inaccurate master data or master data not being updated on time

● Assume ownership and responsibility for accuracy of all business partner data

● Initiate regular data audits to identify any discrepancies and inconsistencies

● Review and update the defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure their accuracy in reflecting the day-to-day business

● Educate and train dependent users in the process, tools and systems
