TEKsystems Client Services Associate in Westlake, Ohio

Description:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Training-First 2 Weeks Fully Onsite Hybrid Model After-Will work 1 week a month in office and the other 3 from home -Engage with clients through email, phone, and fax -Analyze account activity and enter in related data for updates -Will use a shared inbox to resolve client questions pertaining to reports for their accounts -Will use a shared phone line (very minimal) to answer incoming calls and re-direct to the correct department -Work within Excel to format files -Answer questions around invoices
